Hiring: ServiceNow SPM | Business Analyst

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow SPM professional / Business Analyst with strong expertise in ServiceNow implementations and business process analysis.
Role Overview:
• 10+ years of overall IT experience, with 8+ years of Business Analysis experience
• 8+ years of experience focused on ServiceNow implementations
• Partner with business stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document requirements for ServiceNow SPM initiatives
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow modules, especially ITSM
• Experience with SPM; exposure to WSD and Now Assist is an advantage
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow best practices, data model, and platform constraints
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications, process flows, user stories, acceptance criteria, and training materials
• Lead workshops for process mapping, requirement validation, and solution design
• Manage stakeholder expectations, provide status updates, and facilitate decision-making
• Support testing activities, including test case creation, UAT coordination, defect tracking, and validation of fixes
• Prepare implementation documentation, release notes, and end-user guides
• Map business processes and recommend process optimizations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience with SAFe Agile framework and ServiceNow Agile Board
• Familiarity with integrations
