Hiring: AspenTech Application Engineer
Location: PAN INDIA
Experience: 6+ Years
Contract Duration: 6 Months
We are looking for an experienced AspenTech Application Engineer with strong expertise in Aspen InfoPlus.21 (IP.21) and Aspen Plus.
Key Responsibilities:
• Configure and support IP.21 tags and historian data structures for KPI calculations and dashboards
• Develop Aspen ONE Process Explorer dashboards for site, line, and asset-level visibility
• Create trends, scorecards, drilldowns, thresholds, and exception views
• Perform unit testing, data validation, and reconciliation against agreed datasets/manual reports
• Support defect triage, root-cause analysis, fixes, UAT, and hypercare
• Prepare technical configuration notes, test evidence, deployment steps, and KT documentation
Mandatory Skills:
• AspenTech InfoPlus.21 (IP.21) configuration and historian data handling
• Aspen ONE Process Explorer dashboard development
• Aspen Plus
• SQL / historian query experience
• Manufacturing KPI calculation and reporting
• Understanding of OT systems, historian tags, and industrial data flows
• Testing, defect management, and technical documentation
Preferred Skills:
• Pharma or process manufacturing experience
• SCADA / PCS / MES integration awareness
• Power BI or other visualization platform exposure
• Basic scripting for data checks or automation
• Go-live and hypercare support experience
Education: Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, Industrial Automation, Manufacturing Systems, or a related discipline.
