Mandatory Skills & Experience:
7–10 years of Oracle EPM experience, including 3+ years of Oracle ARCS implementation/support.
Strong expertise in Account Reconciliation Cloud Service (ARCS).
Hands-on experience with Reconciliation Compliance and Transaction Matching.
Knowledge of Profiles, Matches, reconciliation workflows, and auto-reconciliation processes.
Experience with Data Integration/Data Management, reports, and dashboards.
Strong accounting, reconciliation, and month-end close knowledge.
Experience with ERP integrations, data migration, testing, and production support.
CA, CMA, CPA, MBA Finance, and Oracle ARCS certifications are preferred.
