Location: Pan India
Experience: 7+ Years
Contract Duration: 6 Months
Work Mode: Work From Office (WFO)
Shift: Rotational Shifts | Monday to Friday
Key Responsibilities:
Implement and configure Oracle ARCS modules.
Design account reconciliation workflows and certification processes.
Configure Transaction Matching rules and automated reconciliation processes.
Manage Reconciliation Compliance, Profiles, Matches, and Data Integration.
Build integrations with ERP and source systems.
Support data migration, testing, deployment, and production troubleshooting.
Optimize month-end close and global finance reconciliation processes.
Required Skills:
7–10 years of Oracle EPM experience.
Minimum 3 years of hands-on Oracle ARCS implementation/support experience.
Strong expertise in Reconciliation Compliance and Transaction Matching.
Experience with Data Integration/Data Management, Reports, and Dashboards.
Strong accounting and reconciliation knowledge.
Experience with Oracle ERP, SAP, or other ERP systems.
Preferred Qualifications:
CA, CMA, CPA, or MBA Finance.
Oracle ARCS Cloud certification.
Experience supporting global financial close processes.
